Exchange/Return policy

  1. If the Size doesn’t fit:
  • To initiate an exchange/return, please contact our customer service team at akshirsagar1994@gmail.com within 5 days of receiving the item.
  • Catering to the hygiene standards for our products; all the exchanges/return received will go through a quality check by our team and would be further approved/declined for exchange/return.
  • We reserve the right to not accept a return if; 
    • (1) the product/s are returned after use
    • (2) the products are damaged
  • We will charge a nominal fee(depending on the number of articles and their weight). You have to prepay these charges.
  • Our team will share a payment link with you, Once you pay the exchange/return charges we will initiate the pickup request.
  • Once the product reaches us back our team will inspect the product and the initiate store credits/ship your new product/s

  • Exchange can be done on the same product for the size only once.

  • Exchanges are subject to availability, and we cannot guarantee that the size you need will be in stock. If the size you need is not available, we will issue you a store credit. The store credit is valid till 3 month from the date of issue. 

     2.  Damaged product received/wrong item received

  • If you have received a defective product, share images at akshirsagar1994@gmail.com and we will get back to you within 24 hours

  • Please reach us within 48 hours and we’ll raise a pickup request
  • Once the product reaches us back our team of chefs will inspect the product and give you store credits/ship your new product/s 

CANCELLATION AND REFUND 

 

  • Cancellation and refund is not possible against any orders. 

 

* In case of return on an order, the amount will be credited back to the customer in the form of store credit.

*store credits are valid for 3 months
